Critical moment

Day after day, the moment we are waiting for is just around the corner. It might be Hari Raya, holidays..etc..but it is actually the week for Problem Based Learning (PBL). I thought I can lay my burden down after the last of all those tutorials, but PBL is a heavier burden that I am going to carry.
There are many other assignments I am going to do. I hope i can have more than 24 hours a day, or I can sleep less than maybe 4 hours a day. At this time, I am totally lack of sleep. I found out that time management is not work at all. My time is not flexible and everything come unexpected. I have to deal with many tasks at the same time. Although I have many group members together with me, but everyone seems to be frustrated with the tasks given. We must find the solution.
We have been divided into groups and we have different of races and gender in a group. I found out that conflicts always occur among people when they work together. This is not the matter of different races, gender, background, etc..but it is because of lack of experiences, failed to tolerant with others, and the most important : emotional management and the respect to others. I understand that there might be someone you dislike and he or her is actually has a bad attitude, we still have to cooperate with them instead of criticize them. This is the time for us to learn to mingle with other people when we are going out to the society in the future. It is undeniable that conflict cannot be avoided. Even plants will fight against each others for the sunlight, minerals or something. No one can explain on this. The most proper way is be optimistic i think. One thing for sure is conflicts will affect our relationship and the progress of our tasks.
The final exam is coming soon and I have not started my revision yet due to those PBL assignments. Hopefully, we can all do our best in this critical moment.
